10. Please tell us any specific ways in which any processes could be improved or made easier.

1. Maybe online album so we can "share" with people -- charge for that? Or give access to your site?

*Reply from Kristen*
My online system is almost set to go. I have a few test sites out for a few client. Once I have all or most of the bugs worked out it will be set to go for everyone.

2. The Pre-Session Appointment was great before the first session. Talking over the phone was all that was necessary for session 2 and for future sessions. I used the proof book to order photos -- although the individual photos would have been better. I didn't use them because I thought the watermark would have been too distracting.

3. Bundles or Package pricing, if not available, I haven't checked recently.

*Reply from Kristen*
That's something I have not done because I, as a customer, don't like being told what I have to buy in a package.

I will consider doing some limited bundles. The trick is figuring out what to bundle together so that it has wide appeal.

4. Absolutely none, it was perfect from beginning to end.

5. None; everything worked like a charm.

6. The pre-session should be optional and does not need to be so long and detailed. Perhaps a better way to present the different sizes etc could be done differently.

*Reply from Kristen*
Repeat clients don't have to have a second pre-session but it is very beneficial to me in my preparations for your session to come out and meet with you.

Also, if I have not had a session with a family in quite a while generally their children (depending on age) benefit from a short pre-session.

7. Online?

8. Would love to have the option of matting and framing all at once--seems more useful than playing cards etc.

*Reply from Kristen*
The best thing to do for your prints if you want them framed is to go to a professional framer.

I'm not being flip or dismissive. There are too many choices in matting, frames, and types of glass for me to try and provide from my little office.

As for Playing Cards they are quite popular with my Pet Session Clients

9. I can't think of any way for Kristen to improve her work. Our pictures were delivered quickly and beautifully.
