16. Any comments regarding your prints and/or products?

1. I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the Xmas cards this year. The envelopes were not as substantial and well glued as last year and the color of the picture itself seemed off.

I am very sorry to hear this. I will be changing to a new vender immediately.

If any of my clients are disappointed in my work or products I would very much like to hear about this asap so that it can be fixed.

2. Proofs and final products were delivered wrapped in a nice package with a ribbon.
